Full Return Policy
- New, unworn, unused and unwashed merchandise may be returned for a refund within 30 days, with proof of purchase.
- Merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags still attached.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only (including prepaid credit cards).
- Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
- Online orders may be returned by mail.
- We cannot process combined return orders.
Returns Process
- Once you have completed your return online, you will be emailed your Return Authorization, which will include a shipping label.
- Self-postage Returns: A returns slip will be emailed to you. Include this slip in the package and send back the returned goods with the shipper of your choice within 14 days from creating your return authorization.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you when your refund has been issued.
- This process can take up to 10 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
- Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
- Self-postage Returns are subject to return shipping fees and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend insuring your package and contacting our Customer Service at info@onestonegoods.com with the tracking number once shipped.

All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of One Stone Goods, including determining whether an item is unworn and unwashed, with the intent of providing the best experience to our guests. Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns.
